Town Manager

David Santucci was appointed as the Town Manager effective October 14, 2024. He previously served as the City Manager for Deerfield Beach, Florida, in roles ranging from Purchasing Manager (2011) to Assistant City Manager/Purchasing Director (2014) and City Manager (2019). He is responsible for executing the day-to-day operations of the Town, implementing Council policies, and coordinating municipal services.

Santucci began his public service career in 2004 in Lee County, Florida, in public procurement, then with Coconut Creek, Florida. He joined Deerfield Beach in June 2011 and advanced to City Manager in 2019, leading the city through the COVID-19 pandemic and enabling significant growth and economic revitalization.

A former U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant and Combat Veteran, he holds a Bachelor of Public Management from Florida Atlantic University and an Associate of Arts from Broward College. He and his family are excited to join our community.
