Class Schedule: Tuesday Nights

The Smyrna Police Department is offering a Women’s Self-Defense Course designed to help participants build confidence and learn practical self-defense techniques in a supportive environment.

Dates: August, 11th, 13th, 18th and 20th 2026
Time: 6 PM – 9 PM
Age Requirement: Ages 12 and older
Must Attend Every Night.
