The Town's Packaged Liquor Board regulates the selling, storing for sale, distributing for sale and manufacturing of retail sales of packaged liquor within the corporate limits of the Town of Smyrna. The Packaged Liquor Board is vested with all authority to recommend to the Town Council the issuance or denial of a Certificate of Compliance for purposes of compliance with the rules and regulations of the state’s Alcoholic Beverage Commission related to the issuance of a license to sell packaged liquor, Council, as provided by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and in accordance with the rules and procedures set forth in this chapter.
