Solicitor Permit Application
It shall be unlawful for any peddler, street barker, solicitor, or transient vendor to ply his or her trade within the corporate limits without first obtaining a permit therefore in compliance with the provisions of Smyrna Municipal Code Title 9. No permit shall be used at any time by any person other than the one to whom it is issued.

To apply for a Solicitor Permit from the Town of Smyrna, please follow the link below to obtain the application. Completed applications can be submitted, along with a copy of each applicant's drivers license and the required fee, in person at Town Hall 315 South Lowry Street or electronically to amber.hobbs@townofsmyrna.org. Payment for applications are due at the time of submittal.
