I was recently released from jail and I'm on Probation with Town of Smyrna. When do I report for orientation?
You must report for orientation the first Thursday after your release from jail. Orientation is conducted between the hours of 9:00am-12:00pm.
I was placed on Unsupervised Probation in Court so how do I make payments on my court costs?
You can make payments on court costs by contacting the court clerk's office at 615-355-5739.
I'm on Probation with Town of Smyrna but I'm unsure of when my next report date is. How do I find out?
We conduct reporting on Thursdays from 8:00am-5:30pm (excluding holidays).
I'm on phone reporting with Town of Smyrna Probation but I'm unsure of when my next report date is. How do I find out?
We conduct phone reporting on Wednesdays from 8:00am-11:00am central time (excluding holidays).
I'm Court ordered to complete trash pickup with the Town of Smyrna. Where do I go to complete this?
Trash pickup begins each Saturday at 8:00am (weather permitting and excluding holiday weekends) in the parking lot of the Town Justice Center.
I was recently notified that I have an active Violation of Probation. How do I turn myself in?
If you have an active Violation of Probation you may report to the Smyrna Town Justice Center between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm and notify the Probation Department or the Police Department that you are there to turn yourself in.
