To be placed under Park Advisory Board Meeting/Citizen Comments, or to speak at other board and committee meetings under the Public/Citizen Comment section, an individual must:

  • Fill out the online form, call the Town Clerk's office at (615) 267.5028, or send an e-mail to amber.hobbs@townofsmyrna.org by 4:30p.m. on the business day prior to the meeting you wish to speak at and request to be placed under the public comment section for that particular meeting
  • Provide his or her name, address, and telephone number
  • State purpose of public comment
Speakers are limited to three (3) minutes. Additional comments may be submitted in writing.
