Notes & Fees

Convenience Fee: The Town of Smyrna does not charge a fee to pay with debit/credit card. Our merchant vendor charges a 2.5% fee.

Collections: Accounts in the collection process for non-payment must be paid through the court system and cannot be paid online. Fox Collections: 1-800-422-2793

Fees for New Service
  • Water: $35.00
  • Gas: $50.00 (Residential); $75.00 (Commercial)
  • Additional $75.00 deposit on any rental property
  • Commercial gas deposit is based on prior usage or installed equipment
