Max Capacity at Shelter: 50

This 48-acre park is leased from the United States Corps of Engineers and is best known for the popular splash pad. After obtaining a lease for the property in 2004 the town renovated and developed this park by adding a new shelter, new restrooms, additional parking, lighting, and a splash pad. A .45-mile walking trail, additional restrooms, and fencing were constructed after the June 2006 grand opening to better serve the frequently visited park.

The Bobby Campbell Shelter is a popular place for groups wanting to enjoy this scenic park. Mr. Campbell was instrumental in developi
ng and maintaining many parks and town facilities during his time as a town employee. Gregory Mill Park also connects to the greenway system via sidewalks that runs throughout the town.
